MINFRA AI

Ask your documents. Get the clause back.

An assistant built into the platform that reads your regulatory documents, your projects and your survey data, and answers in plain language — always showing exactly where each answer came from.

Why you can trust the answers

The part that matters most, especially for anything legal or statutory.

Every answer shows its sources
You see which document, which page and which clause the answer came from, and you can open the original in one click. There is no version of this where you take the answer on faith.
It only uses your information
Answers come from the documents and data in your own account, not from whatever the model absorbed from the internet.
It says when it does not know
If the answer is not in your documents it tells you so. We would rather it be honest than confidently wrong, which for mining law is not a close call.
People stay in control
Anything formal — a report going to a client — is reviewed and approved by a person before it leaves. The assistant drafts; humans sign off.

The kind of thing people ask it

Instead of scrolling through hundreds of pages, or opening a dozen files.

  • What are the rehabilitation obligations under the Karnataka Minor Mineral Concession Rules?
  • Which clause covers lease renewal, and what is the deadline?
  • What is the total surveyed area on this project?
  • What deliverables are complete, and what is still pending?

What it can do, and when

Rolled out in stages so it is useful early and right at every step. Nothing here is described as available before it is.

Document assistant

Beta

Ask your regulatory and reference documents a question and get the answer with the document, page and clause it came from - or an honest "not in your documents".

Project assistant

Beta

Ask a project for its surveyed area, its completed deliverables or its open risks, without opening a dozen files.

Automatic reports

Roadmap

Survey summaries, delivery notes and progress reports drafted from project data for a person to review and sign off.

Map intelligence

Roadmap

Spatial questions in plain English - parcels intersecting a flood zone, villages within five kilometres of a corridor.

Satellite monitoring

Roadmap

Compare satellite imagery over time to flag new construction, encroachment on a lease boundary or change in vegetation.

Your data

Your documents and data stay inside MINFRA’s own secure cloud environment — the same infrastructure that already runs your projects, in the same region.

Your information is never used to train AI models, and it is not shared with other companies. Access follows the permissions you already have: the assistant can only see, and only answer about, the projects and documents you are authorised to open.

If a question needs a document you cannot access, it will not answer it from that document — the same rule the rest of the platform follows.

Bring us a document and a question.

The quickest way to judge this is to watch it answer something you already know the answer to.
