From a flight plan to a decision.
Four stages. The first belongs to UNITOS in the air, the last belongs to you at a desk, and MINFRA is what joins them.
Capture
UNITOS flies the site.
Flight plans are built for the output rather than for coverage: a volumetric survey needs different overlap from a corridor inspection, and getting that wrong costs a return visit.
Every capture is tied to ground control — DGPS and Total Station — because accuracy is a property of the survey, not of the software that displays it. Without control points, an orthomosaic is a picture that happens to be shaped like your site.
Process
Imagery becomes data.
Photographs are processed into a cloud-optimised GeoTIFF and tiled from zoom 10 to 22, so the orthomosaic opens at any scale without transferring the whole capture.
Elevation is built into terrain and surface models. Point clouds are converted to Potree octrees for streaming and to COPC for anything else you want to open them in. Vector data is reprojected to EPSG:4326 so every layer lines up against every other.
Deliver
The project opens in a browser.
No desktop GIS to install, no licence to buy, no 40 GB transfer to wait on. You are sent a link, and the people you share it with see exactly the projects they are entitled to.
The formats underneath are open, so nothing about this step locks the data in. It is a delivery mechanism, not a container.
Decide
The survey answers a question.
Measure a distance, an area, a bench or a volume, and save it so the next person opens the same number instead of measuring again.
Compare this capture against the last one to see what actually moved. Ask the assistant what a document says, and get the clause back with the page it came from.
Who does what
Two companies, one chain, no gap in the middle.
UNITOS flies the site and processes the capture. MINFRA delivers it and is where the measuring happens. They are the same company — MINFRA was built for UNITOS’s own delivery — which is why nothing falls between the two.
If you already have survey data from someone else, that is fine: bring it and we will load it. The platform does not require us to have flown it.
