What this website collects, and what it does not.

Last updated 5 September 2026.

This notice covers the website only

It describes what happens when you browse minfra.in and submit the demo form. It does not cover the data inside the MINFRA platform itself. Your surveys, documents and project data at app.minfra.in are governed by your subscription agreement and the platform’s own privacy terms, which are a separate document. Those are different processing activities and conflating them would tell you something untrue about your own data.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Unitos Trading Private Limited (CIN U14299TZ2018PTC031336), registered at No. 53/1, LRN Building, 1st Floor (West Side), LRN Colony, Alagapuram Pudur, Saradha College Road, Hasthampatti, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636007, India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.

What we collect

One thing: what you type into the demo form. That is your name, your email address, optionally your phone number and company, your message, and which page of this site you submitted it from.

What we do not collect

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so simply reading these pages sends no request to anyone but us.

Because there are no cookies and no tracking, there is no consent banner. If one ever appears here, this notice will have changed first.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use your enquiry to arrange the demo you asked for and to carry on the conversation that follows. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form for that purpose, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not use it to profile you.

Retention

We keep a demo request for 24 months after our last correspondence with you about it, then delete it. If it becomes a subscription, the records belonging to that contract are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, and no longer.

Who can see it

Our own staff, and the infrastructure we run this site on: our content management system and its database, our hosting provider, and the email provider that delivers the notification to us. Each processes the data only to run the service, under contract, and none may use it for anything else.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it;
  • correct anything wrong, incomplete or out of date;
  • erase it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Write to frontdesk@unitos.org with the subject line “Data request”. We will respond within 30 days, at no charge.

Complaints

If we have not handled your data properly, tell us first at frontdesk@unitos.org or +91 99449 41999 and we will try to put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If what we collect or how long we keep it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be stated plainly rather than folded into a paragraph.
